Please read below instructions carefully before submitting the account deletion request.
  • You may choose to delete Your account at any point of time by making such choice through Site.
  • We will need to confirm your identity before the request for deletion of the account can be submitted. To confirm identity of your account kindly confirm details mentioned above.
  • We may retain Your Personal Data as long as the purpose for its usage exists, after which the same shall be disposed off except for any record retention required as per applicable law.
  • In case you have done any financial transactions to/from the platform, then such data along with your basic details or any data which are required to be kept as per statutory requirements, shall not be deleted.
  • In the event of the pendency of any legal, regulatory and/or statutory proceeding or receipt of any legal and / or regulatory direction to that effect, we may be required by the law to retain your Personal Data for longer periods.
  • Subject to above, all your personal details submitted, financial data submitted etc. shall be deleted or de-identified so that it is anonymous and not attributable to You, within reasonable time, not exceeding 60 days.
  • Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the Company may retain some or all of Your information in accordance with our policies and/or any applicable law(s).
  • You will not be able to retrieve / access the account and related data in future once the account is deleted basis your request.
